Orders placed after this date will be delivered after 27th December.

UK Delivery
We offer next day delivery throughout mainland UK and do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.
We use DHL and DPD next day delivery service, however this is not always guaranteed, so please allow 1-2 days.
Approximately 90% of deliveries are delivered next day.
Orders must be placed by 1pm for next day delivery, otherwise they will be automatically dispatched on the following day without notice.
Orders with an incomplete address will lead to delays.
Orders are usually delivered during between 9am - 7pm.
Saturday deliveries outside of London incur a £15.00 delivery charge. We will automatically deliver any orders on Monday if you pay our standard delivery charge of £6.99.
If you require a delivery for Monday, we must receive the order by 1pm on Friday.
Orders placed online over the weekend, will be shipped on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
Our cheese hampers are delivered Tuesday to Saturday to addresses outside of London and Monday to Sunday to London addresses.
Same Day London Delivery (Monday to Saturday)
We have temporarily suspended same day London deliveries to certain postcodes. Please call before placing an order.
Same day delivery is available Monday to Saturday to most Greater London postcodes at a charge of £15.00.
Orders must be received by midday (Monday to Sunday) for same day London delivery.
Orders are usually delivered between 9am-8pm to residential addresses and 9am-5.30pm to business addresses.
Same day delivery postcodes include the following - BR1-BR4, CR0-CR4, E1-E3, E8-E9, EC1-EC4, KT1-KT6, N1, N4-N8, N16, NW1-NW8, SE1-SE20, SW1-SW20, TW1-TW9, W1-W12, WC1-WC4
Sunday & Bank Holiday London Delivery
Due to popular demand, we are now able to offer a Sunday and Bank Holiday delivery service to London addresses at a cost of £20.00.
Orders must be placed at least two days in advance.
Failed Deliveries
Our nationwide couriers will attempt to deliver twice. If there is a third attempt there will be an additional delivery charge of £6.99.
Our preferred couriers are DHL, DPD and we also use The Royal Mail for postal gifts.
If you are sending a cheese gift, please ensure that the recipient will be at home or work or request that the gift is left with a neighbour or in a safe place. We are unable to give a refund for cheese gifts if the recipient is not at home or we have been given an incorrect address.
Deliveries to businesses, hospitals and military bases
Deliveries to business addresses, hospitals or military bases will be delivered to a main reception or mail room.
Please include the ward name or number for deliveries to a hospital in the address field. Orders may not be accepted for delivery by the hospital if these details are not included.
Deliveries to a BFPO will be delivered by the Royal Mail, please include the recipient’s Service Number, Rank, Full Name, Company, Regiment, BFPO Number and a contact telephone number.
International Delivery
Our hampers are not currently available for international delivery; however we hope to offer this service very soon.
